The hotel was perfect and quaint in general, had responsive staff from the Breakfast service. The beds were comfortable and the room was air conditioned, silent. The restaurant was wonderful and offered appetising dishes. The breakfast was delicious and rich, the check in was easy. Also, we parked close to the property...

The washbasin in the bathroom is quite small. The water stays in the shower.

The rooms are well-equipped and brand-new and have SPLENDID views of the cathedral. The location is comfortable and practical, 1 mile from a large fountain. And it's set in a lovely area just next door to downtown area and the pub on the side and the Cornavin train/bus stations and near the iconic Jet d'Eau and Flower Clock.

The breakfast bar had a fantastic variety of delicious meals. We opted for a spacious economy room with a small bathroom and could easily request a wake-up call service. 🍳

evrything. Especially staff. I recived room comletely different than on the photos but that wasnt any problem. Problem was with new carpet which stink chemical, horrible, disgusting. I couldnt stay there even 5 min and think about sleep there was impossible. I just wanted change the room but reception was very arrogant and no helpful. I heard so many bad words about me which I could tnot acepted. And the end I changed hotel but they chaged me anyway for nothing. Horrible never again.
